A perfect sunrise rising above Hart Park was ready for Marissa and Mason as they arrived for their engagement session early Sunday morning. With their wedding getting closer, anticipation for this session was definitely high. I was so excited to get to know them more during our shoot.
Marissa and Mason are so comfortable with each other–you wouldn’t know they haven’t been married for years already. I find that most girls have some suspicion that their boyfriend is about to propose. Something I love about Marissa and Mason’s love story is that he completely surprised her the day he asked her to marry him. Marissa lights up when she is talking about how he proposed, and seeing her face while she talks about him is so fun.
This engagement session has to be the most fun one yet–I think the champagne pop might have had something to do with that. I mean, what’s NOT fun about spraying champagne everywhere in one glorious moment of celebration? With a marriage to celebrate, I say: Make. It. Rain. The bubbly mixed with the joyful giggles and romantic kisses definitely made for one magical session. I was practically beaming the entire time watching them together.
To Marissa and Mason, I am SO excited for your wedding day coming up. If your wedding day is anything like your engagement session, you are going to start your marriage off with a bang! You are such a wonderful couple, and I am excited to see you start your forever together next year. Enjoy your sneak peaks!
