Natalie and Jacob are such a sweet couple. It was my joy to spend an evening with them getting to know who they are, and who they are to one another. It’s always a good time for me to photograph an engagement, but it’s especially fun when the sunset shows up in full color. The sky was clear (which in Bakersfield is a big deal!), and the air was chilly. We walked around Hart Park and almost the entire length of the bluffs–Natalie was wrapped up in Jacob’s arms for most of the walk since it was pretty cold which was so sweet to see.

Natalie and Jacob are kind, fun, and they have been together for a while. They’ve built a great foundation for the rest of their lives that will take them far. Natalie and Jacob, I hope you love these photos as much as I do! It was a pleasure to meet you both.
